Does Soludos offer free shipping on all orders?

We do! We offer free shipping on all full-priced item orders within Europe and UK. 

When will I receive my order?

Transit times start from the date the order initially ships, not the date the order is placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for order to be processed.

How do I track my order?

Please refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you have an account with us, you can also check your order status by logging into your account and clicking into your order information.

If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact us at EU@soludos.com so we can help you track your order.

What is the return policy?

We offer free returns. To make a return, use the printed Return Label found in your order and send it back to us!

The label is pre-paid - so there is no extra cost for you.

Need a different size? Return this item and place a new order online.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We will accept a return on Soludos items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages.Your refund will process within 48 hours of your return arriving at our warehouse.

When can I expect my refund?

You will be issued a refund once your return is received by our warehouse. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to process and reflect on your bank statement. If your refund takes longer to process, please email EU@soludos.com for assistance.

Sizing & Care

How do Soludos fit?

Please check on each product page for sizing recommendations! Sizes are shown in both EU and UK Sizes.

Most Soludos fit true to size. Sizing may vary across styles due to the hand-stitched nature of some of our shoes.

How do I clean my Soludos?

The best way to clean your espadrilles is with a damp cloth to remove dirt from the cotton upper. We also recommend mixing a little laundry detergent with water in a small cup and using an old toothbrush to gently brush your jute sole. Make sure to not get the soles wet!

The best way to clean your leather sneakers is with a mild leather cleaner matching the color of the shoe. You can also dip a soft white cloth in a mixture of warm water and mild dish soap, wring it out, and use that to gently rub out any dirt or stains. We recommend not getting your leather shoes too wet as they could stain or wrinkle the material. Finally, we suggest not putting them in the direct sunlight because the color can fade.

What is an LWG gold-rated tannery?

LWG (Leather Working Group) is a not-for-profit organization that develops and performs audits on tanneries to certify that the leather manufactures according to high environmental standards and performance capabilities. The gold-rated standard is the highest rating a tannery can receive.

What is chrome-free leather?

Metals used in standard tanning are not harmful to the end-customer. However, due to the tanning process, there are risks to the factory workers and local water supply. The process we use removes chromium from leather tanning, ensuring a safe and sustainable product.

How do I update my order?

If you need to edit your shipping address or make any other changes to your order, please email us at EU@soludos.com. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee order cancellations or changes but we will do our best to help!

How do I use a promo code?

You can enter your promo code at checkout. Enter the code exactly how it appears & apply- voila! Promo codes will not apply to sale items unless otherwise specified. Promo codes cannot be stacked / combined with other discounts.

Payment

What forms of payments does Soludos accept?

Soludos accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Soludos Store Credit.

Does Soludos offer price adjustments?

Soludos gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-priced merchandise purchased through Soludos.com within seven days of the sale date. Just shoot us an email with your order number and we will take care of it! Items not purchased at full price or not purchased through Soludos.com are ineligible for price adjustments. Items purchased using a promo code cannot be price adjusted.

Are there additional taxes, fees, or VAT that the customer needs to pay?

No! All local duties and taxes are included in the price.

International Orders

Does Soludos ship internationally?

We do! We currently ship within the US, Europe, Canada, and South America. For orders in the US, Canada and SouthAmerica, please visit soludos.com to place your order.

How We Make Em

Where are Soludos manufactured?

Soludos are manufactured in our factories in China and our materials are sourced from all over! Our production staff routinely visits these factories to ensure safe working standards. We also have third parties audit the factories at least once a year to ensure they adhere to proper labor regulations and working conditions.

What do I do if my product arrived damaged or defected?

We are so sorry to hear that your product did not arrive in tip top shape! For purchases made on www.europe.soludos.com, please email us a description of the issue along with pictures at EU@soludos.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.
