How do I update my order?

How do I use a promo code?

You can enter your promo code at checkout. Enter the code exactly how it appears & apply- voila! Promo codes will not apply to sale items unless otherwise specified.

Does Soludos offer free shipping on all orders?

We  offer free ground shipping on all orders shipped to the UK. Due to changes in international shipping, all orders shipped to the EU are subject to local import taxes and duties

When will my order ship out?

We do our best to process and ship your Soludos at lightning speed, usually 1-3 business days processing time. During holidays, this can be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out.

When will I receive my order?

Transit times start from the date the order initially ships, not the date the order is placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for order to be processed.

How do I track my order?

Please refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you have an account with us, you can also check your order status by logging into your account and clicking into your order information. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact us at so we can help you track your order.

What is the return policy?

We want you to love your Soludos as much as we do! If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please get in touch with us so we can make it right. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We will accept a return on Soludos items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages. Purchases must be made directly at If you purchased with another retailer, please contact them directly to coordinate a return.

When can I expect my refund?

You will be issued a refund once your return is received by our warehouse. Refunds can take up to 8-10 business days to process and reflect on your bank statement. If your refund takes longer to process, please email for assistance.

Custom shoe orders

Custom Shoe orders cannot be edited or cancelled once it is placed.  If you have made an error or wish to cancel, please contact us at as soon as possible and we will do our best to catch it.

Customized Soludos are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final. Please reach out to our customer service team before placing an order if you need any assistance with sizing. We're happy to help!

Sizing & Care

How do Soludos fit?

Most Soludos fit true to size and are available in US sizes. Sizing may vary across styles due to the hand-stitched nature of some of our shoes. Please check on each product page for sizing recommendations!

How do I clean my Soludos?

The best way to clean your espadrilles is with a damp cloth to remove dirt from the cotton upper. We also recommend mixing a little laundry detergent with water in a small cup and using an old toothbrush to gently brush your jute sole. Make sure to not get the soles wet!

The best way to clean your leather sneakers is with a mild leather cleaner matching the color of the shoe. You can also dip a soft white cloth in a mixture of warm water and mild dish soap, wring it out, and use that to gently rub out any dirt or stains. We recommend not getting your leather shoes too wet as they could stain or wrinkle the material. Finally, we suggest not putting them in the direct sunlight because the color can fade.

Does Soludos offer price adjustments?

Soludos gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-priced merchandise purchased through within seven days of the sale date. Just give us a call or shoot us an email with your order number and we will take care of it! Items not purchased at full price or not purchased through are ineligible for price adjustments. Items purchased using a promo code cannot be price adjusted.

Where are Soludos manufactured?

Soludos are manufactured in our factories in China and our materials are sourced from all over! Our production staff routinely visits these factories to ensure safe working standards. We also have third parties audit the factories at least once a year to ensure they adhere to proper labor regulations and working conditions.

What do I do if my product arrived damaged or defective?

We are so sorry to hear that your product did not arrive in tip top shape! For purchases made on, please email us a description of the issue along with pictures at and we will be more than happy to assist you. If you purchased from a different website or retailer, please contact your place of purchase.
