Spring '19 in Cartagena
The second we stepped off the plane we were met with abundant sunshine and clear blue skies. After a quick 10-minute drive from the airport, we arrived in the Old City—La Ciudad Vieja. As we ventured down the vibrant and colorful streets we considered a single sentiment: alegria. The Spanish word for an immense feeling of joy and happiness.
Pro tip: Get lost! The most unassuming corners are often wonder-inducing.
